Fabulous SoundEagle , as always ! In answer to
your question SoundEagle , I had a beautiful orchid experience this Easter holiday weekend & I met MaX Fulcher – author, artist , orchid grower / hunter , photographer & all round nice person . He has an exhibition displaying & selling some of his framed art , books , cards & prints at ‘The Pavilion’ gallery at Bondi Beach in Sydney .I am familiar with one of MaX ‘s books ( he has 3 out) & had a little insight into the life of a very multi talented artist but was entralled when MaX took a little time & shared some of his travel experiences with me .For an octogenarian I was completly awed by his enormous skills on the computer – creating his artworks with such skill , acucturacy & beauty .
SoundEagle , Thankyou for the experience of visiting New York’s Botanical Gardens & seeing the train installation , complete with historical buildings & bridges built using botanical materials – sticks , acorns , seeds , leaves etc absolutely amazing !! The trains ( all different ) including the famous kids iconic favourite ,run on tracks through the historical glass conservatory with it’s gorgeous high circular ceiling past potted orchids & other plantings .
As well as feeling like you’ve travelled to New York , SoundEagle also takes us to London for an Easter egg hunt .Included is an egg shaped red & black post box in the shape of an egg & imaginative installations .
Being a huge music lover it didn’t surprise me that included was a full symphony accompanied tour of an amazing orchid collection . Happy Easter sweetheart from me to you . Xx
