Tomas Bajza and His Exotic Miniature Orchids ❀🔅✾

I just love this mini miniature species, and it is true gem in orchid world. I posted pics of these beautiful blooms many times, but this post is more about the beauty of the whole plant. This one was only 3 bad looking leaves and barely alive over a year ago. I did mount it loosely on tiny stick, and placed it inside glass orb standing, with life moss on the bottom. It took off with amazing speed, and it’s blooming nonstop past 6 months. I find Lepanthes telipogoniflora easy to grow when provided simple conditions – intermediate to warm temps, bright shade and high humidity, therefor glass orb or vivarium culture fits perfectly it’s needs!

Bought as something completely different, it is blooming for the first time and I need some ID. It came from Brazil.

Not saying this is any impressive blooming on this tiny one, but it is my first on tixieri – that is IF this really is tixieri, colors of the blooms vary a lot online. Grown warm/hot, bright shade, mounetd, daily watering, weekly fertilizing.

Gift from my friend Hector who got it from Marni, finally blooming for me, and LOVING IT!!! Growing hot outside shade mounted.

Small division from my friend is growing fantastically, and blooming many times a year!

Pendulous cold growing Lepanthes species from Colombia, grows very well intermediate just hanging inside glass vase in bright shade. First blooming since I got it last in January.

Amazing blooms on this species. Despite the fact many websites say it is small growing & cool growing, I do grow this orchid for over 4 years in hot Miami climate, outside year round, very bright shade, and it is definitely not a small orchid 🙂 It blooms in summer time and produces two spikes Every year!

Blooming again – I love Oberonia species. Grown hot mounted in shade.

Grown inside under LED and intermediate, this Lepanthes species has surprisingly “huge” bloom size for the species.

One of the best miniatures to grow in glass orb – very easy to grow and in bloom entire year! Love these fuzzy blooms!
